Note:
Use an underlay of wood, leather etc. when punching to avoid damage. The following combinations are not possible: 20 (inner) with 22 (outer); 30 (inner) with 32 (outer); 40 (inner) with 42 (outer); 50 (inner) with 52 (outer).
